April Fools Workout 

This workout is no joke.

Intro: 1 mile run or 100 jacks

Body: 10 burpees, 20 sit-ups, 30 squat jumps. 5 rounds. 5 push-up penalty every time you have to stop and rest.

Conclusion: 1 mile run or half body weight bench for 100 reps
